Ebola fundraising appeal launched by Disasters and Emergency Committee - Wales Online: "A massive fundraising appeal has been launched to help tackle the Ebola crisis in Africa due to the “unprecedented” scale of the outbreak.
The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) announced the launch, marking the first time in its 50-year history that the DEC has appealed in response to a disease outbreak.
The DEC Appeal in Wales is led by aid agencies Christian Aid, Tearfund, CAFOD, Oxfam Cymru, British Red Cross, Save the Children, Islamic Relief and Age Cymru."
