Red Cross sets up emergency fund for Myanmar flood victims - The Nation: "YANGON - The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is planning to provide aid, including vocational training, in flood-hit regions through an emergency fund.
It is asking for a US$4.1-million emergency fund to provide relief and rehabilitation aid to Magway and Sagaing regions and Chin States. "
