Taiwan donates helicopters to Guatemala disaster-relief work - The China Post: AIPEI, Taiwan -- Taiwan donated two helicopters to Guatemala on Monday and has revamped two of the Central American ally's existing choppers to bolster its humanitarian and disaster-relief operations, the Ministry of Nation Defense (MND) said yesterday.
