We’re departing from our pre-announced “schedule” today to express our own concern for the people of Haiti … and our gratitude to the millions of people — including, we suspect, our readers — who have responded to this disaster with financial aid."

Hi Reed and AFP members and others: I would add that a donation to those in need in Haiti is a particularly meaningful way to support Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Also to share the link to ammado's Haiti Earthquake Appeal, also provided on AFP's Haiti Disaster Relief and Fundraising Efforts page--thank you. The ammado fundraising community benefits five international aid agencies--one is the American Red Cross--and allows people worldwide to donate in over 30 currencies and their preferred payment method. The link is www.ammado.com/haitiappeal. All best wishes, Barbara Kelly bkelly@ammado.com
