Crafting Better Disaster Response After Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines - World Report (usnews.com): On Saturday, at the request of the Philippines Government, Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel instructed Pacific Command to support humanitarian relief operations associated with the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan.
