New York Regional Association of Grantmakers Releases Donors' Guide to Gulf Coast Relief and Rebuilding Efforts NEW YORK, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Across the Gulf Coast, many local residents are helping each other rebuild their homes and their lives after the devastation wrought by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
