EU pledges further 14 million dollars in post-quake aid to Japan - Monsters and Critics: "Brussels - The European Union's executive on Monday pledged an additional aid of 10 million euros (14 million dollars) to help Japan recover from the effects of last month's devastating earthquake and tsunami."
