Metro - Harper visits tsunami-devastated area in Japan: URIAGE, Japan - Stephen Harper got a first-hand look at the devastation caused by last year's powerful earthquake and tsunami in northeastern Japan.
The prime minister made a stop Monday in the small town of Yuriage, outside of Sendai.
