Oxfam Hong Kong assists Chinese earthquake survivors: "Oxfam Hong Kong has provided its first batch of aid to individuals affected by the Qinghai earthquake.
According to the charity, it has distributed blankets to some 2,000 individuals at a temporary camp in Jiegu, Yushu County."
