Global Advice on How to Cope, Recover and Rebuild - NYTimes.com

Global Advice on How to Cope, Recover and Rebuild - NYTimes.com: As damaging as Hurricane Sandy has been, many places around the world have endured far more devastating, and frequent, disasters.
