Missouri Lawmakers Argue Over Joplin Relief Fund � CBS St. Louis: JEFFERSON CITY Mo. (MDN) – Nearly two years after the devastation of a tornado in Joplin, lawmakers went over options Wednesday for funds to help rebuild destroyed sidewalks in the area.
